Here is some information we hope will be useful before making a booking to stay with us.

Confirmation of Booking
Once we have received your completed booking form and 30% non-refundable deposit, your booking will be confirmed by email including a receipt for your deposit. Final payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made closer to arrival date, Christine the property manager will outline the conditions that apply.

Changes to your Booking
Should you require to change your booking please advise us immediately so that we can attempt to accommodate your request. Any changes will be confirmed to you in writing. We anticipate that many guests will have travel insurance, however, please note our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is paid on booking. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur a 40% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be given. If, during your stay, you shorten the length of your booked holiday, there will be no refund.

Payment
Internet transfer (direct credit) is the preferred option for payment.

Minimum Stay
The minimum stay is 2 nights except over Christmas/New Year and Easter periods, statutory holiday weekends and school holiday periods when special conditions apply. Please contact Christine the property manager for details.

Maximum Number of Guests
The property is set up for a maximum number of 9 guests.

Arrival and Departure times
Your accommodation will be available by 3.00pm and departure time is 10.00am unless prior arrangements are made which will be dependent on other bookings. Christine will arrange to meet you at the property on your arrival unless other arrangements are made.

Linen
Linen and towels are provided. For longer stay guests, bed linen is changed once per week. Please use the beach towels provided for all outdoor and beach use.

Pets, Tents and Smoking
Neither tents nor pets are permitted. This is also a non smoking property. Smoking is restricted to designated areas outdoors.

Cleaning
We anticipate that you will leave the property in the condition you found it on arrival. Cleaning services can be provided at an additional cost by prior arrangement with Christine on booking
